New York Life Insurance needed to revise the way they approached emails. More copy than I like to recommend for emails is typically needed in their messaging due to the nature of the content. So a simple, single column approach to their templates was where we landed to make messaging easier to digest and get through without scaring recipients away. In addition, including Video and other site content to messaging, and adding movement through simple gif animations helped boost engagement as well.
